V. Report presented by J. Vergere about our new software for managing our finances, Church Windows, and presented lots of reports and asked the vestry what they wanted and needed. Lots of questions and answers, hopefully next month we will be closer to using this system.
VI. Father Tom informed the vestry that he was reducing his salary by $5,000 in order to try to fill the budget gap and stressed to the vestry that at present Historic Epiphany cannot afford a full time priest.

VIII. New Business
a. Jerry Dufresne- roof quotes, Rectory roof in worse shape than Parish House, approx. 17K to replace with a steel roof, more bids will be sought
b. Connie Barnes- Swamp Fox Boat club rental of Ministry Center, agreed by all as public service
c. Kairos- October 1-5, Father Tom away in Lee Correctional Institution and the Rev. Michael Hub will be here Sunday, C .Barnes will do Saturday Evening Prayer
d. Clergy retreat, Oct 27-29, command performance for Father Tom
e. Homecoming, C. Barnes explained the idea to bring back people, Oct 11
f. Historic Epiphany received a $26,000 gift from B. Spearin and our next meeting we will decide where to use it or place it in our Endowment fund
