Not present: Father Tom Hendrickson, Bill Dale, Judy Rickenbacker
Opening Prayer: John Vergere
Devotional: John Vergere. Matthew 22: 34 - 40.
Approval of April Minutes: John V made the motion. Jerry D 2nd. Approved as presented.
Treasurer's Report: Barbara Spearin. GS made motion to approve, John V 2nd. Approved as presented. Proceeds were $1,665.84 from Yard Sale. Barbara placed those funds towards the Ministry Center account as it is $907.75 in arrears.
Old Business:
John V. - The Parish House is in arrears. Father Tom told them (Linda and Mike) that the lease is terminated and they need to be out of the building by September 1. Discussion regarding effects.
Jerry D. - Golf Outing. Checks coming in. Hoping to get all Santee-Cooper Country Club (120 players). Janice Brady and Tim D are talking.
John V. - Storage Shed. Al Goodman would like to move the storage shed behind the Youth Center to behind the Rectory. All the tools et al from behind Schimpf House will be moved into the Shed. John V made the motion, Jerry D 2nd. Approved.
John V. - Youth Center. Mary Warner's teaching operation is scaling back. New Hope operations are working much better at that location. Carpet needs to be removed but it is a REAL task. Connie B made a suggestion to contact Holly Hill Observer and Santee Digest to let people know about what the Eutawville New Hope Center is doing for the community.
New Business:
Jerry D. - Storage Shed behind the Rectory has many windows that need to be sold/removed. Suggestion to sell online or at a yard sale. The old panes of glass are valuable!
